To celebrate the Harry Potter Extravaganza, I'm giving away my favorite book in the series, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I have 1 paperback British Edition with this cover:
Doesn't Buckbeak look kind of scary?
But that's not all...
If you actually got to attend Hogwarts, what house would you be sorted into?
Personally, I can never decide which house I'd like to be in. Part of me wants to be a Ravenclaw, the common room sounds gorgeous and I could hang out with Luna. But, I think that I would fit in nicely at Hufflepuff too. So, I took this sorting quiz and got sorted into
Take a moment and get yourself sorted (if you don't already know which house you belong in), it's important for the next part of the contest...
Now that the weather has turned cooler, I've been knitting up a storm. So, in addition to book 3, the winner will get to choose one item to be knit by me!
The choices are:
A House Scarf (one of the ones on the left)
A Unity Scarf (on the right)
or
A Ginny Weasely Goblet of Fire Hat (on the bottom)
*these are all pictures that I have borrowed, not actual items I have knitted*
Super Easy Contest Rules:
1. You must be 13 years of age or older
2.. This contest is international
3. ONE entry per person, if you enter more than once, all of your entries will be disqualified

Thanks for the great giveaway! I absolutely love Harry Potter :D
ReplyDeleteI was sorted into Ravenclaw but I want to be Hufflepuff because I like their little creature/mascot (I can't remember if they are called something else in the books!).
ReplyDeleteThat was really an awesome quiz! I hadn't come by that one before. Of course this giveaway doesn't hurt either :D A book & a choice of a scarf of a hat not a bad giveaway at all! By the way Buckbeat doesn't look super scary lol Well thanks for the chance to be part of this giveaway (:
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway. The quiz was amazing. And those scarves and hat was great. Thanks for the opportunity.

I was sorted into Hufflepuff. I am dependable and loyal, but I would have thought that I was more the Gryffendor type. Ah well. And If I win, I would love a scarf! Thanks.

ReplyDeleteI was sorted into Ravenclaw years ago and have always been happy about that. =)
This is such a great contest. Thanks for hosting it! My little brothers have to learn how to knit for school, and it mortifies me that they are so much better than I am. I really like handling the knitting needles, but it's such a downer to look at the finished product. =P I'm sure you're a fantastic knitter, though, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this giveaway!
